We’re excited to announce that S80 Partnership has officially moved into our brand-new office at Middleton’s Yard a move that marks the next step in our journey of growth and service to the communities we support.
Since our founding in October 2017, S80 Partnership has evolved from a single service trading company into a multi-disciplinary partner offering security, land, and property services across Doncaster, Rotherham, Bassetlaw, Derby, Nottingham, and beyond.
To support this growth and better serve our clients, we needed a modern, collaborative workspace, one with room to expand and strengthened capacity to better integrate our services.
About Middleton’s Yard
Middleton’s Yard is an award-winning redevelopment project led by Bassetlaw District Council in partnership with Anotherkind Architects. Once a group of derelict buildings, this site has been thoughtfully transformed into a vibrant, modern business hub. The project recently won the Notts Building Preservation Trust – Harry Johnson Award for Best New Design, recognised for its innovative blend of heritage conservation and contemporary architecture.
Now home to a growing number of local enterprises, Middleton’s Yard provides a base for innovation and enterprise in Worksop town centre.
