We are pleased to announce the recent appointment of our new property manager. Reuben brings a strong academic background, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning and a Master’s degree in Real Estate. His education has equipped him with a firm understanding of development, regeneration, asset management, and property law, all key areas that align with our ambitions at the S80 Partnership.
Reuben joins the team with a genuine passion for creating more vibrant and sustainable urban places. His role will support our regeneration work across the Worksop Priory Centre and the wider town centre, where we are working alongside Bassetlaw Council to bring vacant spaces back into use and reinvigorate the high street.
Throughout his studies and previous roles in advisory and community-facing positions, Reuben has demonstrated a strong commitment to delivering social impact through place-based solutions. His proactive mindset and ability to engage with a range of stakeholders will be key as we continue to deliver long-term value through regeneration and placemaking initiatives.
We look forward to seeing the positive contributions he will make as he begins his professional journey with us.
